Skip Schulz: MASTERS Circuit Founder and President
Skip has been involved in Snowmobile Racing since announcing his first USSA Race in Ironwood in 1981. Since then he has been the announcer for the USSA, Oval Racers Alliance, International Watercross Association, and the MASTERS Circuit. Skip has announced at different Stock Car Race Tracks and has announced for every form of snowmobile racing, but Grass Drags (and he is working on putting together a MASTERS Circuit Snowmobile Grass Drag).

Skip is also the founder and President of Michigan Trails and Recreation Alliance of Land and the Enviornment, commonly known as Mi-TRALE. Skip was appointed by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to be on the Western Upper Peninsula Citizens Advisry Board. Skip currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontonagon County Economic Development Corporation, along with the Board of Directors of the Ontonagon County Habitat for Humanity. Skip is the Vice President of Ontonagon County Search and Rescue, and serves on many Tourism Committee's in the region. Skip is a former Ontonagon County Commissioner, Ontonagon Downtown Development Association President, North Country Snowmobile Club President, and recipent of the Ontonagon County “Spirit” Award.

Sandy Schulz: MASTERS Circuit Vice President & Treasurer
Sandy has been involved in the MASTERS Circuit since the circuits first event. Sandy has also assisted with International Watercross Association events, Mi-TRALE events, and has been active in Snowmobile and ATV Riding and events for over 20 years.

Sandy handles Driver Registration and Purse Payout for the MASTERS. Sandy also handles the ‘charts’ at MASTERS events.

Kenny Kolitsch: MASTERS Race Director
As one of the top Professional Oval Racers on the International Watercross Association World Series of Watercross, Kenny not only brings years of racer experience, but years of race experience to the MASTERS Circuit. Kenny has attended Race Technician clinics and has been the MASTERS Race Director since 2007. Kenny also handles some of the Flagman duties at some MASTERS events.

Karen Solberg: MASTERS Official
Karen has been around Snowmobile Racing for many years. Besides being an official for the MASTERS Circuit, Karen also works with the International Watercross Association. Karen handles the charts, finish line, and timing at the MASTERS Events. Karen is also a Registered Nurse at Ontonagon's Aspirus Hospital.

Wayne Soderbeck: MASTERS Official
Wayne is a past Snowmobile Watercross High Point Driver and World Champion. Wayne has been around Snowmobile Racing for over 30 years. Wayne has been with the MASTERS Circuit for the past 10 years as both an official and Flagman. Wayne works with Kenny Kolitsch on Pre-Race Tech inspection.

Josh Nicholas: MASTERS Safety Tech Official
Josh is also a former International Watercross Association top pro racer. Josh has been involved in Snowmobile Racing for over 25 years and brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the proper, safe, and legal side of the insides and out of a snowmobile race sled.

For a MASTERS Circuit event to be organized, safe, fun to compete, and exciting to watch, our circuit has a full staff of people that work ‘behind the scenes.’ Every member of our staff plays an important role into the success of the MASTERS Circuit and the success of a MASTERS Racing event. The MASTERS Circuit officials, crew, and drivers are all an important part of the MASTERS “Family.”
